Scope of Service
We provide custom development and SaaS products exclusively to clients outside of India. Projects are governed by a signed Statement of Work (SOW).
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the ownership of custom-developed source code is transferred to the client. GoSmart Technologies retains ownership of its proprietary SaaS platforms (SmartAttendance, SmartPayroll, SmartHospital).
Payment Terms
All prices are in USD. Project milestones require a 50% upfront deposit. SaaS subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
Late Payments
We reserve the right to suspend cloud maintenance or SaaS access if payments are overdue by more than 7 days.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 30 days' written notice, subject to payment for work completed up to that date.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is paramount. This policy governs how GoSmart Technologies handles data for our international clients.

Custom Projects
Deposits for custom software, web, or mobile development are non-refundable once work has commenced.
SaaS Subscriptions
We do not offer refunds for partial months of SaaS usage. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
Service Errors
If a technical flaw is found in our custom code that deviates from the signed SOW, we will provide a fix at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery.
Cloud Maintenance
Fees for server maintenance are non-refundable as they cover 24/7 monitoring and resource allocation.
